I made a new logo out of boredom >_>
Looks good. Looks great actually, wouldn't fit with the rest of the design as a top-of-the-page banner, but that could make a nice ad-banner or something along those lines. We could take over the Internet. Or something...

I'm back. With a beautiful underscore, too.
As they say, you never really leave Board 8...
welcome back too!!!
Big props and thanks to Kaxon for running this massive project/contest. I'm really amazed at how much work you've put into this, and how great it's all become. If I ran the Oracle challenge I wouldn't have ever tried to make such a major site, since I wouldn't have expected people to appreciate it enough. But, I'll tell you that I appreciate the site a LOT, and I bet many others do, as well. Also, big thanks to King Morgoth for lots of help. And, I'll never forget solarshadow.
Hey, it's not my fault! He had a vision for the Oracle and tricked me into doing the website! Alright, so I tricked him into believing I knew what I was doing, but that's besides the point. And it turned out pretty well didn't it? Thanks a lot for the comments on the site, they make the (very) long hours worth it.

Funny I pulled that like 2 days ago, and it's quite appropriate now. Traffic quite literally exploded this spring, and though I have like no free time these days, I'm hoping to add a few more features before the next contest starts. 50,000 page views and 10,000 predictions would be nice this summer...>_>
Hey, I can dream...
I...er...um...hate to break it to you, but there was a mistake in the Sp2K4 contest...in fact, it was there at first, but then it was fixed, then the error occured again. In the Halo/Starcraft prediction I original predicted Halo with 59.xx% before changing it to Halo with 54.xx%. You originally left out my change by accident before I pointed it out to you and you made it my proper prediction. I ended up in 10th place at the end of the contest. Then, a whole bunch of things happened, Kaxon took over, and suddenly I found that I was in 11th place again with the original wrongly-recorded Halo/Starcraft pick.
solar was the one running SpC2k4 ;)
looking through archives, I'll have to agree on this one, was 59.48%, changed to 54.48%, it's 59.48% on the old website (which I used to extract the data for the database) but it's fixed on solar's spreadsheet. I'll change it in the database right away, which will rightfully kick you back up to 10th. Sorry Moltar! :/
Hopefully, that's the only thing that got mixed up when we moved the 12,000 old predictions into the database.
