Top 10 Notes

Competitors new to the list: 3 (Heroic Viktor, Xuxon, Camden)
Competitors returning after missing the SC2k5 list: 1 (Master Moltar)
Competitors who dropped off the list: 4 (TenkoStar17, Alanna82, Kaxon, Rodri316)

Biggest jump: Camden (from not on the list to #4)
Biggest jump (competitors already on the list): creativename (#6 to #1)

Kaxon's notes:
--------------
Predicted Winner: kawaiifan. Kawaiifan's just been so consistent and so good over the years that I can't go wrong picking her to win the contest. Last year predicting by email hardly slowed her down - she had the 3rd best combined score for the year. This year I see no reason to think she shouldn't have another great contest.

Most Dangerous Competitor Not On The List: Darkash. Darkash has had some problems with consistency, but he's also made some amazing predictions in the past. In SC2k5 he set the all time record with 12 top 5 predictions, and he did it even while missing two days of the contest. That's impressive enough, but what decided me was seeing his points above average score, +1.43 in the 152 matches he's predicted, which is the 7th best overall. As long as he predicts every match, he can be a contender.

King Morgoth's notes:
---------------------
Predicted Winner: creativename. Called this one last year, and if it wasn't for Mario/Samus he'd have pulled it off. Not many people have pulled back-to-back Top 5's and despite maybe the best prediction skills out there, luck wasn't on his side. It's changing this year.

Most Dangerous Competitor(s) Not On The List: Kaxon/Alanna82. Two great competitors, both with a Top 5 finish, a great performance in SpC2k4 and a recent streak of bad luck. These two easily have Top 5 potential and, with their share of luck, could climb to the top and stay there...
