Due to a change in poll times, rule #3 is ammended accordingly as follows:
3) All predictions must be made fifteen minutes before the usual start time of that matchs poll (approx. 11:45pm EST, 10:45pm CST, 8:45pm PST). Predictions submitted after this time will not be counted or may be subject to penalty. No predictions will be accepted after a poll has started, regardless of the start time.
Now just watch the chaos....
