This may come back to haunt me, but Kefka has yet again been royally screwed over by the pic:
CHANGE
Duke Nukem - 23.4%
Kefka - 20.14%
Marth - 28.10%
Niko Bellic - 28.36%
Yep I think that pic has pushed Kefka from first too last and will put Niko through first, which will inadvertently help my Kefka > Marth prediction in my bracket.
