Hell, it's about time!
Welcome to the Oracle Challenge, the contest that tests your prediction abilities down to the hundredth of a percent!
Newcomers and veterans alike, welcome once again to a contest not to be missed! If you haven't seen it before (where ya been?), the Oracle Challenge is a contest where you predict the winner and percentage for every match in the contest. Every day you get points based on how good your prediction is, and the champion is the person with the most points at the end of the contest. Pretty simple, huh?
Once we get a bracket we'll have predictions, but until then we can do...
Team Signups
For the third time in a row, the Oracle Challenge will include the popular BONUS Team Contest. If you're in the regular Oracle Challenge, you can be in the team challenge too - all you need to do is pick a partner. Here's how it works:
1. Each team consists of two people.
2. Predict the winner and percentage for every match, just like always. Everybody makes ONE prediction for each match, which counts for the individual contest and the team contest.
3. Your team score is equal to the two team members' scores added together.
4. If one player misses a prediction, they will get either the average score for the day or their partner's score, whichever is lower. This way, a missed prediction won't kill the team's chances. (However, if both players miss the same day, they will score zero.) This rule ONLY applies to the team scores.
That's it! Post the name of your team here along with the names of both team members. You can also use this topic to find a partner. If you want a random partner, post here and we'll pair you up when the contest starts. Team signups will close when voting on the first match begins.
