I need to make a ruling on Vlado's predictions from the last topic... what happened was, he posted his predictions after the deadline, for Samus he just said "what's left", and his other five added to over 100%. He then tried to correct them (still after the deadline), but they still added to over 100%.

I'm counting his first post as his prediction and not counting his change, because this is consistent with what we've always done where new predictions are accepted in the last 5 minutes but changes aren't. It doesn't matter that they added to over 100% because that wasn't a rule. However, I'm counting him as not having a Samus prediction, because he didn't give a percentage, and "what's left" doesn't mean anything when (a) there's no rule about what the numbers have to add to, and (b) his added to over 100% anyway.
