I think there might be a bug in the efficiency rating calculations for this contest... his should be 25.8, which is still insane but not quite as ridiculous.
One more thing to add to the list of things that need to be fixed somehow at some point....at least for this I know what's wrong!
I totally blame this on the inferior SQL version we're running =P
