Yeah he should have rechecked, but the combination of adding to exactly 100 and that pick being SO far over 100 makes it clear that this was an honest mistake, not someone trying to pull something on us. So yeah, I'd let him off with a warning.

Just to try to put you in our shoes here... what would you do if he had posted:

* 145%
* 105%
* 51%
* 1.5%

If the answer to any of those is "nothing", then why does he get more slack for making a bigger mistake?
