Rule Change Announcement
Figured I'd put something slightly more noticeable, since it wasn't very obvious in the prediction topic... I got rid of the 5 minute deadline, because it seemed to cause more problems than it avoided. So now you can make your prediction right up until 12:00:00 (Eastern Time). Anything after that won't be accepted under any circumstances, anything before that will count - seems better since we won't treat changes and new predictions differently anymore.
