And you know there's a problem if I'm getting Top 5 picks because I literally just look at who is in the day's match and type a number randomly that looks good. I don't look at trends or x-stats or whatever.
I also pick according to my bracket which is why I had that stupid Silent Hill pick in the first round. Unless I'm absolutely sure my bracket is wrong, I'll guess by that.

It makes you think with all those SSB predictions, and most of them higher than what a close match should be, to try and make some ground by picking Sonic.
But, I won't. Since Day 1 I have been sure that this match will go SSB's way, and with that pic I haven't changed my mind in that fact that it'll do better (or worst).
There's a thing though. In close matches on this contest I have a great 0/4. That's right. I was incorrect on Halo/Castle, GTA/War, MM/MK and Castle/KH. So, think. Maybe you'd want to change to the Sonic side while you can, because I'm here to jynx'd you all.

Correctly choosing the winner earns you 50-x points.
Incorrectly choosing the winner earns you 45-x points.
In the past it was 45-2x, I figure that's what you were inquiring about...

...wow, that actually comes out pretty reasonably. This is by far the toughest decision I've had to make this Contest. Originally I was expecting the Nboost to carry Kart to a tight victory in a match I thought would clearly prefigure this one, but it didn't happen. And CV taking down Halo so easily certainly shook my confidence in the "new school." But then KH strikes back for the current generation, Nintendo continues to look fantastic, a major Zelda SFFing makes it seem that MM has become more Nintendo than ever, and then I see that it will be the Sonic Team facing off against Nintendo's Dream Team in this awesome match pick.
Hate to put too much faith in Nintendo after I was burned by it once, but... you just don't win betting against the Oracle consensus, it seems.

...wow, that actually comes out pretty reasonably. This is by far the toughest decision I've had to make this Contest.
