Concerning DC's pick:

I've always applied the "late prediction rule" as such:
If a player makes a new prediction late, I let it go as long as I know the match hadn't started, to prevent anyone from missing a match.
If a player makes a change, I enforce the rule strictly, 11:00:00 is in, 11:00:01 is out.

As for this particular instance of change...
*watches the can of worms*
I'll consider intent (as here anyone can tell he would never have predicted 58.9), and disregard the 1:59:50 post.
And as I'm still being strict on the rules, the 78.9 change at 2:00:16 is out, Dilated Chemist's prediction stays at 80.00%.
I'm not going to ruin the championship being an ass on the rules =P
And doing it this way shouldn't open a can of worms, hopefully...
