Here's a modified spreadsheet from one that that King Morgoth made a long time ago:

You can use Excel Solver to work backwards from match results to generate x-stats using Excel Solver with it.
If there's any confusion about how to use it, let me know. (although Morgoth is the one who knows about the actual mechanics - I don't know anything about the formulas etc. it uses)
