In what was supposed to be the biggest match of the contest, Mario cruises to an easy victory (and I have the feeling I'll be typing that phrase a few more times before the end of the contest), winning nearly 60/40 against Samus. The predictions were nearly evenly split, 35 for Mario and 33 for Samus. The consensus was Mario with 50.37%, and the average score was 32.54.

2) Darkash - Mario 56.92% (+47.13)
3) Ed_Bellis - Mario 55.00% (+45.21)

Xuxon widens his lead to 39 times its previous size! He now leads Master Moltar by 5 points. Master Moltar, Haste2, and StopPokingMe all move up one spot, but all lose a little ground on Xuxon due to their conservative picks. Creativename drops down to fifth due to picking Samus. Off the leaderboard, there is a fair amount of movement - the biggest gainers are yoblazer, who moved up 6 spots to 6th place, Heroic Viktor, who moved up 7 to 7th, and Yesmar, who moved up 6 to 14th.
