Website update v.3.6.0

- General
-- Added support for future new types of competitors
-- Fixed the top menu bar
-- Various link errors fixed

- User Rankings Page
-- Added a new Current Rankings section, with functionality similar to the ATP standings.
-- Fixed various inconsistency in the scoring system
-- Changed the Rank/Previous system to nifty little arrows!
-- Still using a point system no one can understand, sorry folks =P

- Profiles Page
-- Due to significant changes, Users will have all talent points refunded and can be re-spent.
-- Code has been completely rewritten.
-- Added correct support in User Pages for Current Ranks, information on all three scoring systems, Top 5 Efficiency Rating, detailed Top 5 and Leaderboard stats for each contest.
-- Added complete support for Competitor Pages, including complete record, consensus and best predictors for all characters, games and series in GameFAQs Contest history.

For the first time ever, I managed to get an update done in time. As usual, if anything happens to come out wrong, don't hesitate to yell!
