Ugh, I have been SUCH a boat anchor on Team PD this past week. I hereby vow to turn this season around!
Meh, everyone slumps now and then. You're still one of the absolute best partners to have :) You'll go on a hot streak soon enough.
it's because squall and cats both finished above nearly everyone's expectations, while yoshi and nate finished below them. basically everyone whose squall + cats = 53% scored the same 46.34 points. with most people not getting more precise than half points, and there being many reasonable ways to get that sum, it leads to that very large tie.
Ladies and gentlemen, Xuxon, your 2-time champion!
Seriously, it's quick meta-level analytical skills like this that he's so good.
