We have an extraordinary circumstance today that needs to be mentioned. Yesterday Ngamer missed entering a prediction because of a powerout. As you know, the boards were then down for 14 hours. However, Ngamer swears that he had his prediction down in his spreadsheet before the powerout (and before the deadline). Because he says the prediction was made before the deadline, and because Ngamer has been around for a very long time, I've decided to accept the prediction. I don't like accepting a prediction after the deadline, but I also don't like seeing someone get screwed by circumstances beyond his control.

Officially, my policy is going to be this:
(1) Under no circumstances will a prediction that is made after the start of the match be accepted.
(2) If extraordinary circumstances prevent you from posting your prediction, which was made before the deadline, in time, I will evaluate it on a case by case basis.
(3) Anyone who tries to abuse my generosity will be taking their life into their own hands. All I have to do is not accept your prediction, and you're out 50 points.
