Yesterday Super Mario Bros. exceeded already high expectations against the long running but not loved Madden series. The 92.21% victory was the biggest blowout since Snake/Tanner, and the third biggest blowout of all time. Mario Bros. also became the second contest entrant ever to bring in more than 100,000 votes, breaking the record set 8 days ago by The Legend of Zelda. Could Mario be a real threat to Final Fantasy?
